Geoff Topham
Founder of Gnortop, Geoff has had many a varied experience in the electrical field. Most of which was some 30 years at Port Hedland working for BHP (now BHP Billiton Iron Ore). Before moving to Darwin in 2001,  he began apprentice training in 1996 and became the department's training co-coordinator. He continued with training apprentices when he came to Darwin - firstly for NTU, then for Training Solutions and CDU. In 2004, he started GnorTop conducting and writing training courses as a sub-contractor to another RTO.  In 2007 he opened the Winnellie Office and applied for RTO status in order to offer high quality training and assessing in some of the National Training Packages. He's since obtained & continues to maintain RTO status.

In July 2010, he decided to move GnorTop to their new office in Parap - this was to allow further expansion of the opportunities & courses they offer. Within the new office, GnorTop has two large training rooms available. This allows for further courses to be run & further opportunities to see why people in the NT are talking about GnorTop.

Cyndi Martin
Gnortop’s Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, Cyndi has been working with Gnortop since 2010.With a strong background in customer service, Cyndi will be focusing on streamlining and simplifying student & course information. Previously, Cyndi has had extensive experience within the Real Estate Industry, with a large focus on customer support.
